Keeping our customers safe

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic we have continued to work to complete projects and the safety of our customers is a priority.

In line with government guidance, we have implemented a number of measures to ensure we work safely and our customers remain protected.

These include:

• The wearing of face masks throughout the duration of a project
• Maintaining social distancing rules when working in a customer’s home
• Sanitising before entering and after leaving a customer’s home
• Regularly cleaning our equipment and tools
